**Job Description:**

We're seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to oversee our digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and exceptional performance.

As a key member of our team, you'll manage our website fleet, leveraging PHP, WordPress, Elementor, and related technologies.

With extensive experience in hosting infrastructure, version control using GitHub/Git workflows, and integrations with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital tools, you'll collaborate closely with web developers, designers, SEO specialists, and content teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Build, maintain, and optimize large website fleets
  • Manage hosting infrastructure across Google Cloud and equivalent platforms
  • Implement technical implementations that improve search rankings, conversions, and visibility
  • Apply SEO best practices into site architecture
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
  • Experience with managing custom child themes and plugins using PHP
  • Proven experience with WordPress management at scale
  • Proficiency with GitHub/Git version control and collaborative workflows
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools like Figma and Adobe XD
**Nice to Have Skills:**
  • Knowledge of digital analytics, tracking, and reporting tools
  • Experience with custom API integrations and WooCommerce setup
