Business Central Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Dynamics 365 Business Central Specialist to join our Technology Team.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the Dynamics 365 system. This includes gathering business requirements, designing and developing software solutions that meet customer needs, and collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Implementation and Configuration: Assist in data preparation and validation for testing and system go-live. Ensure that the implemented solutions meet the defined requirements and function as expected. Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
- Training, Support, Maintenance and System Administration: Train users on how to effectively use the Dynamics 365 system. Develop documentation on system processes and create training materials. Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure seamless system operation.
- Performance Optimisation and Continuous Improvement: Monitor Dynamics 365 system performance, identify inefficiencies and implement optimisation strategies. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and support.
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and business operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/process issues.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms and work with different stakeholders.
