As a seasoned Identity and Access Management Solutions Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization's new initiatives forward.

This senior-level position demands an exceptional technical expert with profound knowledge in Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platforms, particularly those hosted on AWS. You will be responsible for designing, building, configuring, and implementing IAM solutions on Ping identity products within an AWS environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to project teams and Level 3 support teams
  • Consulting with business stakeholders on requirements and solution options
  • Triage business requirements to advise on appropriate solution options on the Ping platform

The ideal candidate should possess enterprise-level experience in IAM platforms, systems development, support, and maintenance, with specialist knowledge in IAM. A passion for customer service, excellent logical troubleshooting skills, and proven experience engaging and collaborating with business and IT stakeholders are essential.

Additional requirements include hands-on experience with industry-standard IAM platforms (e.g., Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, NetIQ, Tivoli), knowledge of security design principles for IAM solutions, and expertise with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, etc.
