Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Excellence Partner. This is an exciting opportunity to embed a continuous improvement framework and drive process improvements across various areas of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, strong coaching, facilitation, change management, and project management experience. They should possess qualifications in engineering and/or business or proven experience in Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Project Management, Consulting, or similar.

Responsibilities will include delivering a tailored Business Excellence framework, leading and driving process improvement opportunities, and empowering change across the area of responsibility through robust frameworks, processes, tools, and behaviors.

In addition, the successful candidate will work cohesively with the Business Excellence team and peers to share best practices, develop internal capability benchmarking, and harness the power of shared learning and opportunities.

About the Role

  • Lead and drive process improvement opportunities to enable and underpin Continuous Improvement (CI)
  • Deliver a tailored Business Excellence framework for the area of responsibility
  • Empower change across the area of responsibility through robust frameworks, processes, tools, and behaviors
  • Work cohesively with the Business Excellence team and peers to share best practices and develop internal capability benchmarking
  • Support a positive cultural change that embraces CI through education and the use of a combination of PM and CI tools/techniques

About You

  • Exceptional leadership skills with strong coaching, facilitation, change management, and project management experience
  • Qualifications in engineering and/or business or proven experience in CI, Change Management, Project Management, Consulting, or similar
  • Hands-on experience in transitioning from traditional processes to Lean/OpEx/CI
  • Sound understanding and experience of CI, PM & CM Concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and build rapport with colleagues
