Melbourne, Victoria, Australia beBeeQuality Full time $90,643 - $106,459
Improvement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-savvy individual to join our Quality team at the Dandenong South manufacturing site.

In this hands-on, on-site role, you will be part of the team that will roll out and lead quality standards across the site, with the freedom to shape and improve processes.

You will take the lead on one of our key quality programs and get stuck into everything from managing non-conformance reports, resolving customer complaints, and supporting new product development, to partnering with the factory to coach and embed best quality practices across the board.

The ideal candidate will have a background in quality roles within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing, solid experience in root cause analysis and resolving non-conformances, strong skills in spotting trends, analysing quality data, and anticipating roadblocks, a collaborative approach with great coaching skills to bring everyone along for the ride, a genuine passion for raising the bar and driving best-in-class quality standards, and a degree in food science, microbiology, food safety or similar.

If you're proactive, detail-savvy, and love finding better ways to do things, this role is right up your alley. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, influence change, and guide others on the continuous improvement journey.

We're all about people who bring energy, passion, and positivity to work each day, and you will join a tight-knit crew who love what they do and help us keep making delicious and quality food made with heart.

Social responsibility is in our DNA and that means you will be joining an organisation that is constantly seeking to make a difference for the community, people, and planet. We offer free parking, a wellbeing program and a great rewards and recognition program.
