Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in managing the finance team and overseeing all financial aspects of the business across the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong financial controls, delivering accurate and timely reporting, and ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, and a deep understanding of technology and systems. Previous experience in the retail or beverage industry is highly desirable, with a good grasp of stock/inventory levels and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end process and produce insightful management reports
  • Lead the year-end audit and ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements
  • Contribute to the successful upgrade of accounting systems
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Mentor and develop a small finance team
