About the Role My client is looking for a driven, curious and Commercial FP&A to join their highperforming finance function and help shape what's next

Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead key elements of budgeting, forecasting Financial planning for multiple operational franchises.
P&L Control & Insight: Take ownership of P&L management, using data-driven analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Decision Support: Deliver insightful, ad hoc analysis that informs operational decision-making and contributes to business growth.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior stakeholders Ensuring alignment across teams.
Preparing management accounts and analysis of the departments financial position monthly.
Annual budgets and quarterly forecasts and maintenance of rolling forecasts models.
Cost variance analysis to promote savings across all areas of the business.
Identifying improvements to the processes to improve the overall efficiency of reporting.
Reviewing key reconciliations, Assisting on month end tasks and reconciling the monthly revenue model.
Qualifications A bachelor's degree, preferably in commerce/finance with at least 5 years' experience in a similar FP&A or commercial finance role.
CPA/CA qualified is highly desirable.
Required Skills Deep understanding of financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting.
A commercial mindset with forward thinking approach
Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial systems (bonus if you've worked with Power BI).
The ability to influence your stakeholders.
Preferred Skills Experience in a similar FP&A or commercial finance role.
