Key responsibilities include:

Financial Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and sustainability
  • Manage the company's budgeting process to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Financial Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency
Financial Operations
  • Oversee all finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
  • Review and improve financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Administrative Duties
  • Administer payroll for approximately 10 staff
  • Ensure compliance with BAS, GST, and PAYG obligations
