Site Management Position

The company is a privately-owned property developer with a strong track record of delivering high-end residential and commercial projects.

They are known for their attention to architectural detail and quality execution, operating with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

As they move into delivery on a landmark luxury apartment project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, they're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

The Role:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of construction.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and program milestones.
  • Maintain high safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on site.
  • Drive program and productivity while maintaining build quality.
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams.
  • Provide regular reporting and progress updates to the delivery lead.
About You:
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential or apartment projects as a Site Manager.
  • Strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination, and program control.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentation.
  • Able to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-first mindset.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction.
