Residential Project Coordinator

As a seasoned Project Coordinator, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential projects from high-end renovations to complex rebuilds. You will manage 5-6 active sites, coordinating trades and subcontractors while ensuring each job meets quality, safety, and timeframes.
About the Role- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources for optimal delivery
- Collaborate with a supportive team, including Construction Managers, Claims Resolution Specialists, and Directors
- Develop and implement project plans, scopes of work, and schedules
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct site inspections, address issues promptly, and maintain accurate records
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in residential renovations or remedial building
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documentation
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards
