Job Description:

As a critical team member, this role is focused on ensuring the successful execution of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contract administration, with a strong emphasis on timely and effective completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing subcontractor tender packages, scopes of work, contract documents, and procurement schedules
  • Preparing head contract progress claims
  • Evaluating and submitting variations
  • Maintaining upstream and downstream relationships with a focus on downstream management
  • Administering head contracts
  • Preparing monthly cost reports for presentation to senior project managers
  • Coordinating RFIs with clients and consultants
  • Supporting project managers with daily operations
  • Ensuring accurate project document control
Requirements:

This role requires a minimum of 3-4 years' experience as a Contract Administrator, with a deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
