Dedicated Community Liaison

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Concierge to join our vibrant team at Queens Park Retirement Village in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, solutions-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service.
In this unique role, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality customer service and administrative support. You will assist residents with their inquiries, help them navigate MyAgedCare, and contribute to the smooth operation of the village.
As a bridge between our residents and essential services, your primary duties will involve:
- Actively engaging with all residents and their families to understand their individual life journeys
- Planning and organising wellness activities within the village to promote social connections and community spirit
- Collaborating with service providers and organisations such as My Aged Care on behalf of residents to ensure seamless support
- Providing trusted guidance and advice to residents and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care
- Offering general administration support to the Village Manager as required, ensuring operational efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Knowledge of existing care and support services, including My Aged Care
- An understanding of service funding mechanisms (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is desirable
- A valid Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport (desirable)
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, including Drug and Alcohol Testing
