Deliver Exceptional Support to Our Medical Team

The Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Medical Liaison Officer to provide crucial support to our medical team. As the key contact for medical workforce coordination, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality medical services are delivered across our regional hospitals.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executive Support: Manage the diary and appointments of the Executive Director, coordinate travel and accommodation, and assist with preparing high-quality reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Roster Coordination: Assist in the creation and distribution of rosters, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and helping to manage timesheets and payroll processes.
  • Recruitment and Retention: Support the recruitment and onboarding of medical staff, including liaising with candidates, ensuring credentialing and registration, and coordinating orientation and mandatory training.
  • Administrative Excellence: Develop and refine office systems, take minutes for sub-committees, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
