About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Waverley Valley Care Community in Glen Waverley. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

As a Maintenance Officer, you will oversee building and equipment maintenance on an ongoing basis, liaise with external contractors where required, and manage lawn and garden maintenance as needed.

The estimated salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a facilities or accommodation setting
  • Trade Qualifications in Construction/Electrical/Plumbing desirable, not essential
  • Liaison with external contractors where required
  • Lawn and garden maintenance as required
  • Management of Fire Safety & Evacuation Procedures
