Senior Leadership Opportunity in Aged Care

JewishCare NSW is seeking an experienced professional to lead our aged care services as the Head of Community Aged Care. This senior leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of aged care delivery and ensure high-quality care for our community members.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in the aged care services industry, including demonstrated success in managing teams and driving organisational growth. They will possess a deep understanding of aged care regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic direction and operational excellence of our aged care services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of life for elderly individuals
  • Drive innovation and adapt to evolving industry trends and challenges
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Social Science, Allied Health or Nursing
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight in a healthcare or aged care setting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders
