Customer Service Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as the primary point of contact for handling inbound and outbound calls from valued customers.

This role involves managing approximately 15-25 interactions per day, assisting customers with payments, payment plans, inquiries, government assistance options, and accurate personal information updates.

Given our focus on serving vulnerable customers, you will engage with empathy and be comfortable seeking clarity in unfamiliar conversations to better assist customers.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling calls to assist customers with their queries and resolve outstanding balances

  • Ensure accurate and timely responses and outcomes are provided to customers
  • Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures
