We are looking for a Customer Experience Professional to join our team.

This is a dynamic role that involves providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the ANZ region.

The successful candidate will have frequent interactions with internal stakeholders and be responsible for acknowledging new orders, processing them in a timely manner, issuing quotes for spares, and responding to client enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acknowledge new orders and process them promptly
  • Issue quotes for spare parts as requested
  • Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of Customer Requested Dates in our ERP system
  • Communicate delays or extended lead times to clients immediately
  • Assist the business in achieving its sales goals
  • Coordinate activities with various departments, including logistics, demand planning, technical support, product management, and sales
  • Execute shipping arrangements with clients efficiently
  • Utilize Salesforce for communication, orders, and customer complaints
  • Investigate and resolve client issues
