Human Resources Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Yancoal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering productive and proactive solutions focused on HR services. Your primary purpose will be to strategically partner with the operation to achieve the operational plan through effectively fostering the Yancoal 'Our Way' Cultural and Operating model.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and provide direction to a diverse HR team in all facets of HR Services, including ER/IR matters, recruitment, performance management, and overall cultural alignment of the business.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
* Develop, implement, and monitor cultural improvement strategies for site with constant focus on site success.
* Supportive of current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
* Responsive to Department Manager requests regarding Business improvement.

**Requirements**

* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field.
* 5+ years professional experience in a similar position leading and driving teams for success.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coach and develop employees within all levels of the organisation.
* Proven experience in driving and fostering a positively engaged workplace and its culture.
* Consultative and collaborative approach to HR services.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical skill with well-developed commercial acumen.
