Sr Marketing Manager

The Sr Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that align with market trends and customer requirements.

This includes spearheading marketing efforts for new product launches, overseeing the marketing management of products and features, and ensuring alignment with market and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive customer solutions, value propositions, messaging, and materials to support field initiatives.
  • Identify unmet clinical customer needs and develop insights to drive commercial go-to-market strategy.
  • Implement the launch of new products and champion strategies to ensure commercial success.
  • Develop and support cross-functional execution of marketing initiatives that address all sales funnel levels.

  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure achievement of sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide training to commercial field teams as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adherence to Quality systems at sites.
  • Complete related actions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven success in product marketing, preferably in a life sciences technology environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
