Strategic Marketing Leader

We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to oversee the development and execution of enterprise-wide email and direct mail marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and operational efficiency.
This role is responsible for leading lifecycle marketing programs tailored to key audience segments, planning, creating, and executing email and direct mail campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and continuously improve lifecycle marketing programs.
- Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Champion best practices in direct communication and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Requirements:
- Strong experience in lifecycle or 1:1 marketing.
- Deep understanding of how to turn business needs into actionable marketing solutions.
- Proven ability to track performance, manage complex projects, and deliver results in risk-aware settings.
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, along with analytics tools.
