Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in marketing initiatives across multiple divisions, driving the way we connect with clients and candidates while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

You will be responsible for managing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns aligned to divisional objectives, presenting a compelling case for growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple divisions, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Plan and deliver external events, including networking functions and client activations, to engage stakeholders and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral and client-facing materials that elevate our brand, including proposals, reports, and social graphics.
  • Contribute to our social media strategy, ensuring regular and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Oversee and enhance our national merchandise strategy, including maintaining stock, improving processes, and updating products to meet evolving needs.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and make recommendations to strengthen our market position and drive business results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within recruitment, professional services, or similar industries.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution, event coordination, and content writing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong project management capability, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
  • A confident, clear writing style, with an eye for brand consistency and a passion for storytelling.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team goals, with a focus on building a positive and inclusive team culture.
