We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of exceptional events and functions.

About the Role
  • This role is responsible for taking event briefs, developing detailed project scope documents, and overseeing all stages of event coordination—from initial concept to post-event follow-up.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders, including internal marketing/partnership teams, members, and external brands, to take briefs
  • Project manage events to ensure both the highest standard of event and the highest standard of communication to all parties, ensuring members always feel the project is under control
  • Source suppliers and form good relationships and maintain the associated internal rate card
  • Closely monitor the budget and ensure high levels of communication
  • Provide strong support in the lead up to, and at the actual event, acting as a clear point of contact
  • Supervise work by contractors or external suppliers
  • Manage feedback, and concerns promptly, ensuring member satisfaction
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall member experience
Requirements
  • A strong background in hospitality or hotel/restaurant management
  • The ability to manage multiple projects, we run a large volume of events
  • Highly experienced in managing budgeting and forecasting
  • An understanding of high-end luxury events and the expectations
  • Contact within the industry around suppliers
  • A love of being part of a close-knit, high-performing team
