Job Description

As a seasoned Events Professional, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile events that showcase our luxury brand.

With your extensive experience in event management, you will work closely with senior communications managers to develop and implement effective event strategies.

Key responsibilities include leading briefings, conceptualizing, and executing events, as well as creating and refining event proposals to gain internal team buy-in and validation.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences

Additionally, you will oversee event operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • English language proficiency, with additional Asian languages an asset
