Job Title: Director Of Front Office

We are seeking a seasoned and experienced Front Office Director to lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to drive guest-centric culture and deliver exceptional service.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Reception Desk, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Communications Centre in accordance with Front Office Standards and Procedures.
  • He/She will manage all positions within Front Office, including Duty Managers, Night Managers, Guest Service Agents, and Front Door colleagues.
  • Effective handling of guest problems and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will prepare rosters and process timesheets within guidelines of relevant industrial legislation.
  • Staff training and development are key aspects of this role.
