Key Role: Night Operations
The Overnight Guest Service Agent is a vital member of the Front Office Team. You will support the smooth and efficient night audit process, guest profile management, and provide exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Front Office with seamless efficiency on a daily basis.
- Assist in auditing paperwork as directed by the Night Manager.
- Handle guest inquiries, internal feedback, and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take responsibility for hotel safety and security overnight.
- Be a local Melbourne expert, share your experiences and knowledge with guests.
- Respond to emergencies within the hotel, supporting the Chief Warden and First Aid Officer.
Essential Requirements
- Possess a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
- Flexible to work rotating rosters, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multitask under pressure.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong service recovery skills.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Full Australian Driver's License (international driver's license may be considered).
