Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Service Agents, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that our hotel standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Mentoring and Coaching: The successful candidate will have experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.

Front Office Operations: The Guest Service Manager will be responsible for managing the Front Office operations, including check-in, check-out and related services.

Guest Relations: The successful candidate will have excellent guest relations skills, with the ability to handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Knowledge and Skills: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership front office role in a similar sized hotel. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
