Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Guest Service Agent to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Front Office Team in ensuring a smooth and efficient night audit process and guest profile management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring a seamless and efficient operation of the Front Office on a day-to-day basis, handling guest queries effortlessly.
  • Assisting in auditing paperwork as directed by the Night Manager.
  • Handling of guest enquires, internal guest feedback and enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and guests overnight, in the absence of senior management.
  • Sharing knowledge and experiences with guests, enhancing their stay.
  • Responding to emergencies within the hotel, supporting the Chief Warden and First Aid Officer.
