Healthcare Infrastructure Developer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure development and ensure the reliable, scalable, and secure delivery of our software systems. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping our DevOps practices and contributing to the success of our organization.
You will work closely with our engineering, AI, product, and compliance teams to enable rapid innovation without compromising stability or security. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building healthtech infrastructure from the ground up in a hyper-growth, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployment across environments
- Collaborate with AI, backend, and frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability
- Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, and logging
- Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost optimization
- Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevOps culture
- Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security and privacy standards
