Job Title: Software Engineering Manager

The software engineering manager will lead the teams that own the foundational architecture across products.

This role is responsible for leading technical strategy, development, and maintenance of core client infrastructure — including design system, shared UI components, performance tooling, and accessibility standards.

You'll work side by side with our engineering mastermind to shape the infrastructure behind the future of healthcare:

  • Own frontend platform: Lead technical strategy, development, and maintenance of core client infrastructure.
  • Drive developer productivity: Build tooling and abstractions that improve day-to-day experience of frontend engineers.
  • Unify cross-platform experiences: Collaborate with design and product to ensure consistent, performant experiences across desktop, mobile, and web clients.
  • Foster technical excellence: Champion best practices in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and accessibility across organization.

What we're looking for:

  • 8–10+ years of engineer management experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (preferably).
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare.
  • Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
