Infrastructure Leader Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps expert to spearhead our infrastructure excellence initiative and drive scalability, reliability, and security across the globe.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure that supports rapid and safe deployment across environments.

  • Design and implement a cloud infrastructure that aligns with business objectives.
  • Evolving our CI/CD pipelines to support agile development and efficient deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
  • Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, and logging.
  • Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost optimization.

You will work closely with our engineering team to shape the infrastructure behind the future of healthcare.

Requirements
  • 8–10+ years of DevOps or SRE experience.
  • Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
  • Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare.
  • Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
