We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the implementation of warehouse automation solutions across the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and process modeling to validate solution feasibility, demonstrating expected performance improvements and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts and drive solution adoption.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, providing clear insights into system capabilities, benefits, and deployment considerations.
  • Coordinate and support project execution post-sale, ensuring successful deployments by working with internal teams.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Train and support customers on system functionality, best practices, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Continuously monitor customer performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
