Solutions Engineer, Warehouse Automation Specialist

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that will play a key role in expanding our presence and driving success in the warehouse robotics automation market across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the automation journey, from pre-sales conceptualization to post-deployment optimization.
  • Design and develop customized warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer needs, optimizing workflows, fleet sizing, and system integration.
  • Perform data analysis and process modeling to validate solution feasibility, demonstrating expected performance improvements and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Design, and the local Customer Success team to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts and drive solution adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success, or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain.
  • Experience coordinating hardware and software deployments and managing stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation.
