Warehouse Automation Solutions Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team in expanding our presence and driving success in the warehouse robotics automation market across the APAC region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions engineering, with experience in designing and implementing complex robotic fulfillment solutions for warehouse automation projects.
- Job Description:
- Design and develop warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer needs, optimizing workflows, fleet sizing, and system integration.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the entire automation journey, from pre-sales conceptualization to post-deployment optimization.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions design, customer success, or project management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis, including data interpretation, trend identification, and reporting.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, fulfillment processes, and material flow optimization in e-commerce, retail, or third-party logistics.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration into automation solutions.

- Able to travel to customer sites across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Australia and occasional travel to New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.
