Warehouse Automation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to play a key role in expanding our presence and driving success in the warehouse robotics automation market across the APAC region.

This role will be an integral part of our global team, working closely with customers as a key point of contact throughout the entire automation journey-from pre-sales conceptualization to post-deployment optimization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer needs, optimizing workflows, fleet sizing, and system integration.
  • Analyze data and process modeling to validate solution feasibility, demonstrating expected performance improvements and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Design, and Customer Success teams to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts and drive solution adoption.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, providing clear insights into system capabilities, benefits, and deployment considerations.
  • Coordinate and support project execution post-sale, ensuring successful deployments by working with internal teams across engineering, customer success, and operations.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success, or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain.
  • Experience coordinating hardware and software deployments and managing stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis, including data interpretation, trend identification, and reporting.
