This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves designing and implementing complex robotic solutions to optimize warehouse operations. You will be responsible for working closely with customers throughout the automation journey, from pre-sales conceptualization to post-deployment optimization.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer needs, performing data analysis and process modeling to validate solution feasibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts and drive solution adoption.
You will also lead technical discussions with customers, providing clear insights into system capabilities, benefits, and deployment considerations, and manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skills, experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis, and knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, fulfillment processes, and material flow optimization in e-commerce, retail, or third-party logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success, or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain.
- Experience coordinating hardware and software deployments and managing stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis, including data interpretation, trend identification, and reporting.
