Speech Pathologist for Mobile Services

We are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing mobile speech therapy services to individuals of all ages living with disabilities in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Attachment and Trauma, and other communication disorders.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Speech Pathologist to work as part of a rapidly expanding team. As a Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting standardized assessments, developing tailored therapy plans, and providing home practice activities to support client progress. You will also work closely with parents, carers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct standardized speech pathology assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet client needs
- Provide home practice activities to support client progress
- Liaise with parents, carers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate client case notes using an online system
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognized degree in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Ability to accurately assess, plan, and monitor intervention in the area of communication disorders
- Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
- National Police Check
- Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle
The salary for this role is $85K to $120K per annum, plus superannuation. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
