About this Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as a trusted advisor to the business. As a finance business partner, you will provide commercial support and analysis to stakeholders to add context, drive decision making, and influence company performance.

  • Provide insightful financial and commercial advice, planning, reporting, and analytical expertise to key stakeholders regarding financial and operational performance.
  • Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis across key metrics to understand business drivers and generate actionable recommendations to close gaps between actuals and targets.
  • Evaluate monthly results and key drivers for accuracy, ensure they are well understood, and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders. Oversee the forecast and annual budgeting processes.
Main Responsibilities
  • Enhance financial reporting capabilities by improving the functionality of business intelligence tools and streamlining processes to produce clear, easy-to-understand reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and assess the financial impact of operational initiatives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for acquisitions and new business ventures, ensuring smooth integration into core operations.
