Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic financial insights and providing guidance on financial strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and develop financial models that support business objectives.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations on financial matters, ensuring effective decision-making across the organisation.
- Liaise with various departments to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage financial risk effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in financial analysis or similar roles.
- CPA or CA qualification required.
- Exceptional skills in financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Ability to obtain (or already hold): National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check.
