We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behaviour Analyst to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a wide-ranging behaviour analytic skills repertoire and experience working with children with autism spectrum conditions.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress a career in autism early intervention and support, with a high focus on progressive, trans-disciplinary and evidence-based autism service following the Early Start Denver Model.

You will have the opportunity to develop and extend your clinical practice in a friendly, well-supported team, with access to extensive initial training, professional development budgets, and paid professional development leave days.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments and functional behaviour assessments, developing and implementing individualised programs, monitoring client progress, providing supervision and training, and supporting parents in facilitating skill development.

To be successful, you will require a BCBA qualification, early childhood experience and passion, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and compliance with relevant checks and certifications.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in behaviour analysis, with a strong commitment to evidence-based practice and a patient-centred approach.
