Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to contribute to decarbonisation projects and gain hands-on experience across major infrastructure upgrades.

  • You will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects, including electrical engineering design, construction, commissioning, and integration into operations.
  • You will participate in all aspects of the cement-making process, from plant and equipment upgrades to investment in new infrastructure for alternative fuels.
  • You will assist in the design, installation, commissioning, and programming of large-scale variable speed drives.
  • You will develop and optimise automation and control concepts.
  • You will analyse data and problem-solve technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (Dual Degree) Electrical and Electronic, or Bachelor of Engineering Power degree is required.
  • A strong interest in complex infrastructure projects and hands-on problem-solving is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset are mandatory.
  • The ability to collaborate across disciplines and work on high-impact initiatives is necessary.
