Your Role- You will support site-wide hazardous area compliance reviews, working closely with teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the design and delivery of end-of-life electrical system upgrades, applying your knowledge of electrical protection assessments and arc flash studies.
- Contribute to capital projects such as PCS server upgrades, coal unloading system improvements, and I/O enhancements, developing expertise in systems modernization.
- Participate in the evaluation of legacy systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to strengthen electrical reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across departments to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and operational requirements.
- This two-year Graduate Program includes on-the-job experience, formal training, and one-on-one mentoring, providing a comprehensive development pathway for future leadership positions.
- A completed or near-completion Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree is required.
