Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-impact projects, including electrical engineering design, construction, commissioning, and integration into operations.
  • Gain expertise in all aspects of cement-making processes and develop skills in compliance, systems modernisation, and protection systems.
  • Contribute to automation and control concepts, data analysis, and problem-solving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with teams across integrated cement plants and assist in major projects and shutdown work.
About You
  • Hold or near completion of a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (Dual Degree) Electrical and Electronic, or Bachelor of Engineering Power.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in complex infrastructure projects and hands-on problem-solving.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and eagerness to grow into a future leader.
  • Show a proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and willingness to relocate for rotations.
