The role of the Change Catalyst is pivotal in driving organizational change initiatives. As a key member of the project team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless transitions and effective stakeholder engagement.
Effective communication is essential in this role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, creating engaging presentations, and maintaining relevant documentation to support the Change Management Framework.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and implement effective communication plans
- Collaborate closely with the Trainer and other stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage change impact across the organization
- Support the Change Manager with analysis and planning of change initiatives
- Proven experience supporting organisational change initiatives as part of a project team
- Experience working on change projects related to technology solutions, process improvements, or cultural adjustments
- Effective stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification in organisational change, human resources, or a related field
