We are seeking a highly skilled Change and Transformation Consultant to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate complex change, putting people at the center of strategic change from strategy through to implementation.

Evironmental Resources Management (ERM) is a purpose-driven management consulting firm that partners with organizations to accelerate sustainability, improve environmental and safety performance, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Our team helps clients develop strategies to manage change and drive business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, recommending, and delivering change strategies
  • Managing and implementing core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
  • Identifying communication needs and executing strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
  • Working with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies and activities
  • Creating and delivering impactful communications via websites, videos, events, newsletters, social media, SharePoint, presentations, surveys, and conferences
  • Ensuring activities occur on time and within budget
  • Defining and measuring success metrics

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience, with expertise in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness
  • Strong knowledge of change and communication models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidently
