Business Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Leader to drive business impact and accelerate customer success. As a key interface to our most valued customers, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital transformation strategy.

Job Description:

The Business Transformation Leader will be responsible for developing and executing a clear vision of customer success, driving new business opportunities through cross-organizational partnerships, and continuously vetting workback plans to ensure stated objectives and outcomes. This role requires the ability to develop effective workback plans, build coalitions and support of senior leadership teams, and leverage key business insights to elevate customer conversations and actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong growth mindset, proven ability to lead and build trust across all levels of organizations, and knowledge within the Financial Services Industry (FSI). A bachelor's degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, and/or enterprise-level information technology consulting, preferably within the FSI.
  • Strong growth mindset.
  • Proven ability to lead and build trust across all levels of organizations.
  • Knowledge within the FSI Industry.
