Transformation & Change Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide strategic support in driving organizational transformation and delivering effective change management solutions.

This role involves assisting clients with their business transformations using your Organizational Change Management skills: from impact assessments, to change strategies, stakeholder engagement, capability and capacity building, and communications.

Change areas include all aspects of the business: people, process, data, and technology.

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and implement change management strategies aligning with our clients' business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with change management methodologies, especially communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and recommend change strategies
  • Manage and implement core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
  • Identify communication needs and execute strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies and activities
  • Create and deliver impactful communications via various channels
  • Ensure activities occur on time and within defined parameters
  • Define and measure success metrics
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, with expertise in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness
  • Strong knowledge of change and communication models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidently
