Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and communicate with members, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and explaining membership and warehouse programs.
  • Provide exceptional member service by answering phone calls, checking product availability, and directing members to relevant areas.
  • Process new memberships and maintain existing ones by updating information in the computer system.
  • Follow safety and security procedures to verify identity and business information for membership.
  • Collect membership dues, issue receipts, and create membership cards using automated systems.
  • Assist at the refund counter or participate in marketing initiatives as needed.
