About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Membership Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service to members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating member records, capturing feedback and complaints, and maintaining the membership database. They will also be required to collate data and produce reports, as well as undertake administrative tasks in relation to external stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update member records and member renewals
  • Capture member feedback, including issues and complaints
  • Maintain the membership database, general administration and adhoc duties
  • Collate data and produce reports, and undertake administrative tasks in relation to external stakeholder requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer service or membership services role, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with new and existing members
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to analyse data and produce reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive with an ability to prioritise work schedules with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to work under pressure and achieve deadlines with a sense of urgency
