About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Coach Membership Administrator.

  • Process memberships and registrations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all processed memberships meet business requirements and legislation standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to current and prospective coach members.
  • Support the delivery of the coach communications strategy, including assistance with marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as a point of contact for the Customer Support Team.
  • Collaborate with the broader coach team to achieve operational objectives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in executing communication/marketing campaigns.
