About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Retail Manager to join our team at Country Road Birkenhead Point in NSW. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and profit growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Profit Growth: Assist in achieving store targets by driving sales, improving profitability, and increasing productivity.
  • Customer Experience: Foster a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine instore experience that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Store Manager in managing team performance, providing training and development opportunities, and promoting operational excellence.
  • Stock Management: Assist with managing stock levels, visual merchandising, and ensuring efficient inventory management practices.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • Retail Industry Expertise: A passion for the retail industry, excellent customer service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Experience with stock control, visual merchandising, and inventory management practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to build strong relationships, motivate teams, and drive results-oriented performance.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, learn from feedback, and continuously improve processes.

What We Offer

  • Salary Range: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
